Ciao(for the UK) part of greenfieldonline is by far my biggest payer. They send loads of surveys many for not much return but lots for very good money. The highest payout for a single survey from ciao was £15! Notice i don't say any silly amounts like some overexaggerated sites that just want your money to give you the info i am supplying for free.
One of the other best paying survey sites so far is valued opinions.(for US) They really do come very highly recommended and are a very well known high quality survey company.
I also really recommend that you Join the Ipsos Survey Panel (for US) they are one of the most respected of survey companies and send regular surveys. They offer some great prizes you can win.
For something a bit different i have been hearing very good things about MakeMoneyStudio which at the moment is free to join. It could make some good money for you but i have not had the time to explore this as yet so can't give my opinion.
